The officers of Dusheti polic division of Mtskheta-Mtianeti Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-investigative activities detained M.Kh. (DoB 1985) in Dusheti for domestic violence against the family member.
Investigation established that M.Kh. verbally and physically assaulted his former spouse-L.O.(DoB 1992).
Investigation is in progress on the fact of domestic violence against the family member, article 1261, envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
