The officers of the First Unit of Vake-Saburtalo Division of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the basis of a judge`s decision detained B.O. (DoB: 1986) on the fact of violence committed on the grounds of discrimination.
The investigation established that on January 28, 2018, at dawn, B.O. (DoB: 1986) with discriminatory motives and on the grounds of sexual orientation physically assaulted M.O.
The investigation is in progress under the part 1 of the Article 126 of the Criminal Code of Georgia (Violence).
