Minister of Internal Affairs held meeting with Council of Europe’s Commissioner for Human Rights - Nils Muižnieks. The parties addressed human rights protection situation in Georgia and discussed completed and planned activities of the Ministry in this field. Police reform and human rights’ protection in occupied territories were also the topics of this meeting.
The Council of Europe’s Commissioner for Human Rights - Nils Muižnieks is paying an official visit to Georgia. Within the frames of the visit meetings will be held with government officials and representatives of non-governmental organizations.
