The officers of Tbilisi Bureau of Interpol and Ajara Patrol Police as a result of jointly held activities operating at Sarpi port of entry, detained citizen of Turkey and Netherlands Halil Ialdizkaia (DoB 11.05.1975) while entering Georgian state border from Turkey. The mentioned person was wanted by the National Bureau of Brussels from 04.12.2014.
Halil Ialdizkaia is accused under the Criminal Code of Belgium, articles 193, 196, 197, 198, 213-ე, 214, 324, as well as various articles of Belgian legislation which envisages fraud, swindling and membership of the criminal group.
In 2001-2008 Halil Ialdizkaia was heading several companies in Belgium. In the mentioned period detainee submitted declaration confirming employment of 241 persons.
At this moment Halil Ialdizkaia is under arrest and placed at Ajara temporary detention center, while pre-extradition procedures are underway.
