Citizen D.B. (DoB 1992) voluntarily handed dover firearm and various types of ammunition to Akhalkalaki police division of Samtskhe-Javakheti Police Department.
Citizen has handed over the following arms: the so called “cut gun”, 63 bullets, 10 hand grenades, 4 anti-tank hand grenade and anti-tank missiles.
The mentioned person was cleared of charges in accordance with the article 105, I part, sub-paragraph “K” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
