19 Residents of Samtskhe-Javakjeti region voluntarily handed over and 3987 bullets, 10 firearms and 227 anti-tank and other types of missiles at Akhalkalaki police division of Samtskhe-Javakheti Regional Main Division
The following firearms and ammunition were handed over to the law enforcers: 14 F-1 hand grenade, 10 RGD-5 hand grenades, 21 RG-42 grenades, 1 missile, 3 RKG-3M anti-tank hand grenades, one machine gun, 5 cut-guns, 12 detonators, 11 missiles of various type, 30 cartridges for automatic weapon, one handmade pistol, one handmade rifle, 19 GPV missile, 400 gr of trotyl, one night vision device, 11 handmade explosive devices, 3987 bulets, 376gr of gunpowder and etc.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms, explosives and ammunition, article 236, I part of the Criminal Code.
