The officers of Samtskhe-Javakheti police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained M.Z. (DoB 1977) in Adigeni region.
Detainee is accused of violence committed against two family members in presence of under-aged person and threat against father.
Committed crime envisages up to 3 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that being under alcohol influence, M.A. physically assaulted his son – Z.A. born in 2005. M.A. physically assaulted his father as well -P.A. (DoB 1946) in presence of under-aged son and threatened with liquidation.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of domestic violence against two or more individuals in presence of under aged person and threat against family member- crime envisaged under the article 1261, II part, sub-paragraph “A” “B” and “C” and article 111-151, II part,sub-paragraphed” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
