The officers of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate investigative and operative activities detained T.K. (DoB 1978) for the attempted premeditated murder.
Committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that in the village of Samikao, Abasha municipality, detainee inflicted body injuries with a sharp object to Z.D. who is undergoing relevant treatment at the moment.
T.K. was detained several hours later after the crime. The weapon of crime-scissors was seized by police as evidence.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of the attempted murder, article 19-108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
