Director of Emergency Situations Management Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Zviad Katsashvili is visiting Budapest, Hungary within the frames of the official visit. The meeting was held at National Directorate General for Disaster Management, Ministry of the Interior of Hungary. In the mentioned meeting other representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs along with Zviad katsashvili and Ministry of Foreign Affairs took part.
Georgian delegation was hosted by the director of National Directorate General for Disaster Management, Ministry of the Interior Gyorgy Bakondi and other high officials.
At the meeting sides discussed prospects for future cooperation between the two countries in the field of emergency situations management. Sides expressed readiness start drafting memorandum on management of natural and man-made catastrophes.
