Prisoner, who escaped from one of the treating facilities located in Kutaisi, was taken under arrest in Rukhi village by the officers of Samegrelo-Zemo Svanetei Regional Main Division as a result of operative activities. At this moment he is the building of the regional police main division. The prisoner will be taken by the guards to the penitentiary facility after special procedures will be completed at the police.
