The officers of Vake-Saburtalo Police Division of Tbilisi Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-search and investigative activities detained two persons: P.M. (DoB 1993) and previously convicted K.K. (DoB 1994) in Tbilisi for robbery committed in group.
Committed crime envisages from 5 to 8 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that detainees illegally appropriated the microphone from TV Pirveli company cameramen: G.Sh. (DoB 1999) and B.K. (DoB 1999) and fled from the place of crime.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of robbery committed with a previous consent in group, which caused substantial damage, article 178, part II, sub-paragraph “A” and part III, sub-paragraph “B” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
