The officers of Detectives division of Imereti, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained B.I. (DoB 1990) in Sachkhere. The detainee is accused of committing lewd act to a person who has not attained the age of 16.
Committed crime envisages from 8 to 10 years of imprisonment.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of committing lewd act, crime envisages by the article 141, II part, sub-paragraph “F” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
