The officers of Kobuleti police division of Adjara Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of investigative and procedural activities, detained N.T. (DoB 1997) on the basis of the relevant Court decision. N.T. is accused of penetration of the sexual nature into a body of a person who has not reach the age of 16.
Committed crime envisages from 7 to 9 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that in Kobuleti municipality, detainee knowingly got engaged in a sexual intercourse with a person born in 2006.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of penetration of the sexual nature into a body of a person who has not reach the age of 16, article 140 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
