The officers of Adjara Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-search and investigative activities detained G.B. (DoB 1979) for premeditated murder.
Committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that during the conflict in Keda municipality, detainee inflicted two stab wounds with a cold steel to M.B. (DoB 1987). The wounded person died shortly after he was transferred to the hospital.
Police has already seized the weapon of crime – knife as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
