Committed crime envisages up to 3 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that detainee physically assaulted his spouse- D.K. (DoB 1993). Detainee also threatened D.K. with liquidation.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of domestic violence and threat against family member, article 111 -150, II part, sub-paragraph “D” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
