The officers of Marneuli Police Division under Kvemo Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained Z.G. (DoB1971), as a result of operative-investigative activities for the disclosure of the secrets of private life.
The committed crime envisages from 4 to 7 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that the accused illegally, covertly photographed a recorded an intimate relationship with an acquaintance female, after which the material was illegally made public.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of disclosure of the secrets of private life under Article 1571 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
