The officers of Kvemo Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained A.M. (DoB 2005), as a result of immediate operative-investigative activities on the charges of premeditated murder.
The committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that the accused person, fatally wounded A.I. (DoB 1992), on the grounds of a dispute in the city of Marneuli and fled the crime scene. Police arrested A.M. as a result of immediate police activities. Law enforcement officers seized the weapon of crime - a knife as evidence.
The fact of premeditated murder is being investigated under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
