The employees of Kakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of the operational search measures and investigative actions, detained previously convicted G.F. (DoB 1991) for premeditated murder of 2 people, committed under aggravating circumstances.
The committed crime envisions 20 years or life imprisonment.
In the course of investigation, it was established that the accused person, in the village of Veliskikhe, Gurjaani municipality, on the ground of mutual conflict, inflicted fatal wounds with a shot gun to his fellow villagers - G.K. (DoB 1952) and M.Z. (DoB 1952).
As a result of the investigative actions carried out by law enforcement officers, the accused was arrested shortly after the incident.
The investigation is being conducted under Article 109 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
