The officers of Ozurgeti police division under Guria Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained G.G. (DoB 1995) in Ozurgeti for violence committed against family member.
Investigation established that detainee physically assaulted his spouse- M.M. (DoB 2003).
Investigation is in progress on the fact of violence committed against family member, article 1261, II part, sub-paragraph “A” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
