The committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that the accused, on the ground of conflict, stabbed K.C.(DoB in 1959) with a cold steel who died at the place of crime.
Law enforcement officers seized the weapon of the crime - a knife as evidence.
The investigation is in progress under Article 108 of the Criminal Code, which stipulates premeditated murder.
