The employees of Samtskhe-Javakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative measures and investigative actions detained T.B. (DoB 2006) for premeditated murder.
The committed crime envisions from 10 to 15 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that on July 8 of the current year, on the basis of a mutual dispute in the central park of Borjomi, detainee inflicted several wounds with a cold steel to D. Kh. (DoB 2000). The wounded victim died in the hospital.
Police, as a result of operational measures and investigative actions, detained T.B. as an accused person at the scene of the incident.
The weapon of crime was recovered as evidence.
The investigation into the fact of premeditated murder is ongoing under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
