The officers of Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities, detained Z.D (DoB 1978) in Batumi for premeditated murder.
Committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that on November 6 of the current year, detainee inflicted multiple body injuries with a cold steel to his acquaintance, the citizen of Belarus – T.C h. (DoB 1971) in his own apartment located on Melikishvili Street, Batumi on the basis of conflict and fled from the place of crime.
As a result of the inflicted injuries T.Ch. died at the place of crime.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
