The officers of Kobuleti police division of Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained G.KH. (DoB 1982) for domestic violence.
The committed crime envisages up to 2 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that during the argument, detainee verbally and physically assaulted his wife- M.A. (DoB 1985) in Chakvi settlement, Kobuleti municipality.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of domestic violence, article 1261, part I of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
