Development of cooperation with European Police Office (EUROPOL) is one of the top priorities of international law enforcement cooperation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia. The mentioned cooperation is based on the Agreement between Georgia and the European Police Office on Operational and Strategic Cooperation, signed on 4 April 2017 in Tbilisi, after entry into force of which Georgia will become an operational partner country of Europol. In order to develop cooperation with Europol, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia will ensure proper implementation of the procedures and obligations envisaged by the Agreement concluded with Europol.
