The officers of Lanchkhuti Police Division of Guria Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained previously convicted N.F. (DoB 1983) as a result of operative and investigative activities for violence against two persons.
The committed crime envisions up to 2 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that the accused person, who was in an unsober condition, verbally and physically assaulted the executive secretary of the “United Nnational Movement” - G.Ts. and his spouse I.Z. in their own residential house in Lanchkhuti municipality.
The fact of violence against two persons is being investigated under Article 126, Part I, Sub-paragraph "C" of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
