At the 5th Unit of Gori Regional Division of Shida Kartli Police Department of the MIA A.A. - the civilian - voluntarily handed over various types of ammunition.
In total the citizen handed over "F-1" type 2 grenades, 1 explosive fuse for grenade and 40 cartridges designated for different firearms. According to the expert opinion the ammunition is suitable for application.
According to the sub-clause “j” of the first part of the Article 105 of the Criminal Procedural Code of Georgia the citizen voluntarily handing over the weapons shall be exempted from criminal responsibility
