Dear Secretary,
On behalf of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and Georgian people allow me to express my profound condolences with regard to the horrific terror attack, which took place at Manchester Arena on May 22, 2017.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia strongly condemns any expression of terrorism, moreover when such acts claim the lives of innocent people. These horrific attacks are an assault on fundamental democratic principles that are essential to any free society.
May I convey to you and British people, my support and sympathy in this time of grief and sadness. Our thought and prayers are with the people of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the families of the victims and all those affected by this horrific act. We stand with British people in this fight against terror.
