Members of the Ministry of Interior of Rhineland-Palatinate federal land, Republic of Germany within the frames of the visit to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia got acquainted with implemented and ongoing projects.
Members of the delegation- chief of police of Rhineland-Palatinate federal land, President of Criminal Police, Rector of the police academy as well as police educational and training, international relations, data protection department and CEPOL national coordination unit representative visit MIA Academy.
German law enforcers had an opportunity to see infrastructure of the academy as well as study classes, gym, mock jury court and border crossing point, real and virtual shooting ranges. At the meeting with the academy leadership, sides agreed on bilateral visits and implementation of the joint projects.
German delegation also visited Operative Response Center “112”, Patrol Police Department and Vake-Saburtalo police division of Tbilisi Police Department. Guests were shown patrol police technic, equipment, got acquainted with 112 work specifics and daily work routine of the Georgian law enforcers.
