Deputy Director of the Special Tasks Department of the MIA Special and Emergency Measures Center Lieutenant-Colonel Temur Eubidze participates in the four-day Senior Leadership Program Course which takes place in “Tbilisi Marriott Hotel”. The training is organized in the framework of NATO-Georgia Professional Development Programme in conjunction with the British Embassy in Georgia, UK Defense Academy and Cranfield University, the course is delivered by the British experts.
The training course covers the topics related to the contemporary leadership theories, differences between command, leadership and management, individual and organizational cultures, ethical theories, critical decision-making in complex situations and etc. The senior officials of various Georgian Agencies take part in the Senior Leadership Programme. The certificates will be handed over to the participants at the end of the course.
