Interpol of Spain detained in Madrid a citizen of Georgia Archil G. (DoB: 1980) internationally wanted under a red notice by Tbilisi Interpol from 07.03.2008.
Archil G. is recognized guilty for commitment of crime envisaged by the sub-clause “h” of the II part of the Article 109 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, i.e premeditated murder committed in aggravating circumstances.
The detainee is extradited to Georgia.
