At Bolnisi Regional Division of Kvemo Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs the citizen voluntarily handed over the ammunition.
Zarbadi O. (BoB: 1976) handed over to the Police Division 3 shells, 2 hand grenades, 1 smoke bomb, 3 cartridges of the machine-gun and 36 bullets.
According to the sub-clause “j” of the first part of the Article 105 of the Criminal Procedural Code of Georgia the citizen voluntarily handing over the weapons shall be exempted from criminal responsibility.
