Emergency Response Center “112” has hosted director of Fire and Rescue Department of the Ministry of Interior of Lithuania Remigijus Baniulis.
Guests were Head shown Emergency Response Center by the Head of “112” Giorgi Bitchashvili and familiarized with work specifics of the call center as well as plans and novelties implemented in the last two years.
Director of Fire Rescue Department of Lithuania expressed his interest towards electronic system of ERC. Remigijus Baniulis has noted that depiction of emergency calls by the operator and dispatcher has made the work process more effective and stated that Georgian experience will be shared by the relevant Lithuanian agency.
The meeting was attended by the head of fire-monitoring state board Audrius Ciuplys, head of fire-rescue board of Taurage Mindaugas Mikutavicius and Head of MIA Emergency Situations Management Department Zviat Katsashvili.
By the end of the meeting head of “112” handed over memorable gifts to the members of delegation.
